By default, Bintray will display download statistics for the current month. However, you can change the month and year setting to view statistics for any month during the past year.
Usage by Repository
The By Repository tab displays the breakdown of download usage and maximum storage volume per repository in your organization’s account for the selected month, as well as the percentage that each repository contributed to the total. To focus on specific repositories, you can filter the list by repository name or business unit.
Usage by Business Unit
The By Business Unit tab displays the breakdown of download usage and maximum storage volume by business unit in your organization’s account for the selected month, as well as the percentage that each business unit contributed to the total. Repositories that are not assigned to any business unit are aggregated together in the last row. You can filter the list to focus on specific business units.
To provide control and monitoring of an organization’s content usage in Bintray, the owner or an Admin of an Organization on an Enterprise account can set usage thresholds and receive notifications via email or Firehose Events (if enabled) when any of these thresholds is exceeded. All threshold configuration is done through the Usage Thresholds REST API endpoints. A threshold may be applied to Premium repositories of the whole Organization, or of a specific Business Unit, and even to specific Repositories. There are three types of threshold you can apply:
Maximum Monthly Storage: This sets a threshold for the maximum storage volume that the specified entity (Organization, Business Unit or Repository) may use during a calendar month.
Monthly Downloads: This sets a threshold for the download volume that the specified entity can serve during a calendar month
Daily Downloads: This sets a threshold for the download volume that the specified entity can serve during a single day.
For details on how to work with Usage Thresholds, please refer to the Bintray Usage Thresholds REST API endpoints documentation.
When setting a threshold, you can specify whether organization Admins should receive an email notification or Firehose Events usage alert when the threshold is exceeded. You can also specify additional individual email addresses that should also be notified.
