Overview

Since JFrog Distribution is an integral part of the JFrog Enterprise+ platform, JFrog provides SLA-based support and offers the JFrog Support Portal through which you can submit support tickets. In most cases, in order to expedite handling of your issue, JFrog Support will require some initial information about your system and relevant log files which you can generate through the Distribution REST API and attach to your support ticket.
