To request support, create a support bundle with the relevant information, and then login to where you can open a support ticket and attach the information bundle.
JFrog Distribution REST API provides the following endpoints you can use to work with information bundles:
|Creates a new support information bundle|
|Creates a new support information bundle and assigns it a specific ID|
|Gets information for a specific support bundle|
|Lists previously created support bundles currently stored in the system|
|Downloads a previously created support bundle currently stored in the system|
|Deletes a previously created support bundle from the system|
