Overview

The Microsoft Azure ARM Template allows Microsoft Azure users to deploy a high availability instance of JFrog Xray with a few keystrokes. The ARM template is built in conjunction with Azure engineers to ensure best practices during deployment.

Prerequisites

  • An active Azure subscription
  • Spare vCPUs available in your region in Azure
  • An existing Artifactory instance
  •  Deployed PSQL instance (Optional)

Setting up the Xray Microsoft Azure ARM Template

  1. Go to the JFrog Xray Enterprise listing.
  2. Select GET IT NOW and then Continue | Create.
  3. In the Basics tab, fill out the Subscription, Resources Group and Region.
  4. Complete the form, using the Artifactory Join key, which you can copy from the Artifactory UI, Security | Settings | Connection Details. 
  5. Select Review | Create.
    The process is complete. Start-up Xray to view the changes in your existing JFrog Platform UI.
