We selected the JFrog Platform because we not only see it as a repository, but as a complete platform. In addition to Artifactory, JFrog offers a holistic end-to-end security solution.
We wanted to have a centralized Artifactory management that's highly scalable and high performance, so that it ensures our developers and DevOps team to store, manage and version the binary artifacts and packages throughout their development and deployment lifecycles.
Oracle's operations include millions of artifacts stored in terabytes of data spread out across globally distributed data centers and are expected to support millions of hits per day. To excel at this type of enterprise scale, Oracle needed an immensely reliable and dependable solution which we found in JFrog.
