      Description

We’re currently using the Artifactory plugin for Jenkins (v3.11.4). When we do a Maven build using `Artifactory.newMavenBuild`. During the build we see a lot of download progress data:

      14:17:01 Downloading from alert-internal-mirror: [https://maven.alertinnovation.com/org/codehaus/mojo/maven-metadata.xml]
      14:17:01 Downloading from alert-internal-mirror: [https://maven.alertinnovation.com/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-metadata.xml]
      14:17:02 Progress (1): 4.1/21 kB
      Progress (1): 7.2/21 kB
      Progress (1): 11/21 kB
      Progress (1): 15/21 kB
      Progress (1): 19/21 kB
      Progress (1): 21 kB

I tried the `-B` flag, no luck. I tried `-Dorg.slf4j.simpleLogger.log.org.apache.maven.cli.transfer.Slf4jMavenTransferListener=warn` and no luck.

This makes our build logs very large and developers have a hard time looking at the "important" thing. I'd like to way to silence the download progress messages. Something that would be akin to the `--no-transfer-progress` flag in Maven 3.6.1 (see https://maven.apache.org/docs/3.6.1/release-notes.html).

This would help minimize the log files for our maven builds.
