      Description

In jenkins you can create multi-configuration projects to build a job on different architectures/machines/...
Unfortunately in that case you can't use the artifactory plugin, which is quite a setback.

How we workaround it is by making multiple free-style jenkins jobs instead of a single multi-configuration job. Fortunately we only need 3 different flavors for 1 job so that's still manageable.

We have giant matrixes here. Like 13 by 13 squares. And many projects that are that way. No way could we break them up individually, the job sprawl would be bad.

As work-around we create downstream jobs which aggregate artifacts and publish them. Really nauseous.

Our build master John Dodson fixed this bug and issued a pull request:

          https://github.com/JFrogDev/jenkins-artifactory-plugin/pull/2

Note: this is the second one, should be requesting the pull from the right place now.

There is a known issue in Ivy, about running several Ivy processes on the same cache(.ivy2) destination.
In order to run multi Ivy process simultaneously, you need to define cache per build/workspace.
