Target Repository not updated when "Override default deployer credentials" is changed

The Artifactory section in Jenkins configure job, there is an option to "Override default deployer credentials". If this account has access to additional repositories in artifactory they are not available in the "Target Repository" drop down.

Workaround:
The config.xml can be updated manually, and reloaded from disk, however, any changes to a job's config will reset the target repo to the setting selected in the gui.
