re-implement getHaAware*() methods

            Description

            Art 5.x currently removed the implementation of the various getHaAware* methods in the ArtifactoryHome class. This will break many customer plugins (unfortunately internal APIs are used widely ) and will also break some of the Mission Control user plugins who use those methods.

            We may want to re-implement those for backwards compatibility.
