Delete artifact should update/remove all references of this artifact in Artifactory

      Description

      Basic atomic features like “delete this artifact” that accounts for the impact on metadata and folder structure should be part of the core, and such basics would help customers create whatever data retention strategy best fits them

      Right now, deleting a war means (1) delete the war (2) update ivy metadata if necessary (3) update checksums on the ivy file if i updated the ivy metadata (4) recursively deleting parent directories if and only if the war, it’s checksums, it’s ivy file, the ivy file’s checksums, and any war source and javadocs (and their checksums) are the “last man standing"

      Any customer that desires to delete any java artifact has to reinvent that byzantine logic
