The applicable scenario for this issue is when working on single domain and configuring Crowd and the rest of the connected SSO applications producing a domain level SSO cookie (cookie.domain) which is configurable on the crowd.properties file.
To reproduce:
1. Open 2 browser tabs
2. On one tab, sign in with Confluence/Jira first
3. On second tab, go to Artifactory, you should see that you are logged in
4. Log out of Artifactory, you should see 'System' user displayed in the top right
This due to Artifactory producing a SSO cookie at the host level
