After signing on to Crowd SSO with another app, a login form may be presented while already being logged in

The applicable scenario for this issue is when working on single domain and configuring Crowd and the rest of the connected SSO applications producing a domain level SSO cookie (cookie.domain) which is configurable on the crowd.properties file.

To reproduce:

1. Start a new browser
2. Go to http://foo.bar.com/artifactory and click the Log In link in the top right
3. Don't log in when you are at http://foo.bar.com.com/artifactory/webapp/#/login
4. Open an new Tab on the browser and go to a Crowd SSO app like Confluence/Jira
5. Log into Confluence/Jira
6. After logging into Confluence/Jira, jump back to the first tab, and reload the page
