1. Run Artifactory on windows
2. Add user plugin to $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/plugins/ and dependency jars to $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/plugins/lib
1. For example, use: https://github.com/JFrogDev/artifactory-user-plugins/tree/master/build/buildSync
3. Run Artifactory
4. Try to delete a jar from $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/plugins/lib
Windows throws "File in use" error:
When trying to delete the jar while Artifactory is down, it is being brought back automatically by the database. See this bug: RTFACT-14397.
