      Description

If the artifactory http port is already in use on a machine during startup, the log output will be a constant stream of the message:

      "Could not parse ErrorModel. Forbidden"

It should say that Artifactory was unable to communicate to the access server.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure a service (like Jenkins) to run on 8081
      2. Start Artifactory and observe the logs.

Note: A similar thing is likely happening when the access server port is in use. This makes it difficult to diagnose the problem properly when before we would have a stacktrace indicating the port was already in use. It would be much better if there was a clear [ERROR] log message in any case.
