Visual Studios doesn't show up latest version for some packages

      Description

      Using visual studios' package manager (Right click on solution -> Manage Nuget Packages), and searching for NJsonSchema, see that the latest version when pointing to Artifactory as a package source is 2.24.5988.28092. If you point to nuget.org as a package manager, the latest version is 9.10.46. Using the Nuget CLI while pointing to Artifactory also returns 9.10.46 as the latest version. See images:
