CRON based multi push replication partially breaks after restarting source instance

      Description

      If you set up multi-push replication from a source repo to multiple target repos using a CRON, the replication partially breaks after restarting the source instance. You will notice that only 1 of the target instances gets replicated to.

       

      To work around this, you can manually trigger replication, resave the CRON expression with a change, or enable event based replication.

      Steps to reproduce:

      -create source repo on instance 1, target repo 1 on instance 2, target repo 2 on instance 3

      -set up CRON replication from source replication to both target repo 1 and target repo 2

      -Restart instance 1 Artifactory

      -see that only target repo 1 on instance 2 is replicated to after source is restarted
