      Description

      Hello,

      We encountered some issue while downloading some packages on an Artifactory Nuget Remote Repository (Offline setting NOT set) (Proxying chocolatey.org)

      We are not able to run the following command : choco install git --version 2.18.0 -y
      because the choco executable is not able to find git.install v2.18.0.
      The thing is, the chocolatey executable is able to run successfully the following command : choco install git.install --version 2.18.0 -y

      At some point in the installation of git v2.18, choco.exe runs the following calls to Artifactory :
      /artifactory/api/nuget/all-chocolatey/FindPackagesById()?id='git.install'
      /artifactory/api/nuget/all-chocolatey/FindPackagesById()?$skip=80&id='git.install'
      then fails because none of these two list calls contains git.install v2.18

      I think this occurs because of the way chocolatey.org is ordering their packages; not sorting the version number the right way.

      You can find more info about this on an issue I logged on chocolatey.org : https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey.org/issues/595

      I also poked them on their chat, but the issue does not seem to be picked up on their side.
