      Description

      For more information see jfrog ticket #94744

      The backup is done via artifactory on a daily basis.
      The backup is done on a windows file share and the directories and files will get the permissions of the file share. The permission do differ from the local file system.

      During the restore via artifactory files are copied to the local windows file system with the permissions of the share. This results in an error because the user "Local System Account" doesn't have permissions on the windows file share.

      The actual error message you will get is :

      2018-12-06 12:01:36,815 [http-nio-8082-exec-10] [ERROR] (o.a.s.a.AccessServiceImpl:1295) - Error during access server restore: HTTP response status 500:Failed on executing /api/v1/system/backup/import, with response:

      {
        "errors" : [ {
          "code" : "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR",
          "message" : "Unable to import access server",
          "detail" : "C:\\Program Files\\Artifactory\\access\\etc\\access.bootstrap.json (Access is denied)"
        } ]
      }

      The file access.bootstrap.json is created during the backup with the permissions of the windows file share. During the restore the file "access.bootstrap.json" is copied to the windows local file system including the windows file share permissions. The local file access.bootstrap.json does now have the incorrect permissions for user "Local System Account". Which does result in the error access denied.

      Request is to support backup/restore scenario as described above, meaning with different windows security settings for local and backup windows file system.
