Reduce the number of characters in URLs

When using Artifactory as an Authentication Provider for other JFrog products, there are several UI redirections done by Artifactory and some of them includes Access tokens within the URL.

For users with high number of groups, the length of the token in the URL can be very long.
URLs might be limited in size in certain browsers or by other network applications.

For example IE limits you to 2048 chars.
