Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Artifactory and create a remote docker repository to: https://registry.access.redhat.com.
2. Install Red Hat CDK from here
(I recommend to do it on VirtualBox)
3. run docker pull from this VM:
$ docker pull docker-remote-redhat.jfrog.io/openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7:v3.11
Trying to pull repository docker-remote-redhat.jfrog.io/openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7 ...
manifest for docker-remote-redhat.jfrog.io/openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7:v3.11 not found
As you can see, the image is not found. Note that this is a "fat manifest" docker image, meaning it should get the correct Docker image for this OS.
If you are not working through Artifactory and run the Docker pull locally, then it works:
$ docker pull openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7:v3.11
Trying to pull repository registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7 ...

Status: Downloaded newer image for registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7:v3.11
Note: docker pull for NON-fat manifest works.
