Trigger Anti Virus scan from Artifactory

We have a requirement from corporate security to virus scan artifacts in Artifactory to ensure all artifacts in Artifactory are virus free, including artifacts generated locally or pulled from remote repos outside corporate network. 

Please provide the ability to trigger virus scan on creation of the new artifacts and reject or quarantine the artifacts that fail virus scan test.
