      Description

In Artifactory 6.10.0 and above, npm metadata package.jsons are not replicated anymore, which in turns stops replication of dist-tags. Artifactory 6.9.0 still push replicates package.json, although metadata was supposedly taken out of replication in RTFACT-8886 in 6.4.0.

Artifactory should change the way it stores dist tags so that the dist tags can be replicated.

      Steps to reproduce:

A-in Artifactory 6.10.0 or above, set up push replication for a local npm repository from instance A to instance B. Add a dist tag for a package on instance A (npm dist-tag add test@1.0.0 tag)

B-replicate the repository, see on instance B that the dist tag "tag" isn't updated in the package.json for the package (.npm/test/package.json) since the file isn't replicated

C-try steps A and B on Artifactory 6.9, see that the package.json is replicated along with the dist tags.
