Improve texts for storage disk space warning and limit

See attached screenshots: 

1. Need to change the text for the warning message (the yellow message) to the following: 
   <Storage space warning> storage space reached. Your maximum limit is <Storage space limit>. It is recommended to add disk space. 
   1. An example message according to the numbers in the screenshot: 
      20% storage space reached. Your maximum limit is 95%. It is recommended to add disk space.

1. Need to change the text for the limit message (the red message) to the following: 
   <Storage space limit> Storage Space Reached: Your maximum storage limit has been reached. New artifact deployments are blocked until more disk space is added.
   1. An example message according to the numbers in the screenshot: 
      25% Storage Space Reached: Your maximum storage limit has been reached. New artifact deployments are blocked until more disk space is added.
