      Description

Upon uploading a large file through the UI there is a high possibility that the upload will fail due to a timeout by the browser.
It will be nice and helpful to have some kind of info/warning/tip message upon the attempt of uploading such a file (or even any file), that this upload can fail due to the browser UI timeout and to suggest as an alternative to upload it through some CLI like curl.

      For example:
let's say I upload a file with size of 1GB through the UI, Artifactory will continue to process the upload but will display the message:
"Please note that it is recommended to upload large file through the CLI due to browser timeouts".

This can save the user a lot of time to understand what might cause the upload to fail instead of checking the log and see that some client closed the connection error.
