When Xray status is 'Indexing' there shouldn't be a link to Xray

      Description

      See attached screenshot.

      When the status is "Indexing", there isn't any information about the artifact in Xray, which means the link results in a blank Xray page (see attached screenshot).

      Expected behaviour:
      If status is "Indexing", we shouldn't provide any link.
