Deploy file using <user>:<APIKey> doesn't trigger a mail

      Description

      When setting a watch on the Artifacory repository (see attached PrintScreen) to get a mail for any deploy, when using <user>:<APIKEy> as authentication method a mail will not be triggered.

       

      P.S 

      Using <user>:<password> or -H 'X-JFrog-Art-Api:<api key>' trigger a mail as expecged.

      This impact also JFrog CLI which user <user>:<APIKEy> authentication when setting jfrog-cli.conf  with APIKey.
