After submitting the required E+ license, the UI shows (for some reason) the following bannered message:
"No license found. If you have a license click here to activate. To purchase a license, visit our website or contact email@example.com."
The 'click here' hyperlink redirects to a 404 page in Artifactory. The broken link is:
