Artifactory docker unable to pull image from mcr.microsoft.com

Hi.

We are using Artifactory Pro Version 6.16.

We created a docker remote repo pointing to https://mcr.microsoft.com, test the connection with a successful response.

We aggregate the remote repository into a virtual docker repo.

We try to pull an image using artifactory to pull dotnet/core/aspnet:3.1

This is the result :

$ docker pull docker.artifactory.company.com/dotnet/core/aspnet:3.1
