Skip authentication and allow authorization for ldap users

Customer is using SAML for Authentication, and the permission target is using ldap groups for authorization.

The user-group mapping are checked on ldap for authorization permissions, and there is no requirement for ldap authentication.

This request is created to skip ldap authentication if the user is already authenticated.
