Issue:
The Support bundle fails to include logs, even though there are logs updated
The issue is seen in the standard Docker and Zip (Mac) installers
Log Messages:
There are no errors or failures in the logs with debugging at org.jfrog.support
Here are log messages from the time the bundle without logs were created.

Note how the logs do not show the step where it copies the file [(o.j.s.c.c.AbstractSpecificContentCollector:46) - Initiating copy of file 'artifactory-service.log']
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Download a Mac version of Artifactory 7.4.1 Pro
- Create a Support bundle with default settings
- Notice how logs are not included
