Reported download statistics doesn't work

There are two Artifactory, A and B.

Artifactory Version: 6.17.0 PRO

In Artifactory A, there is an artifact, named artifact-test, in a local generic repository, RepoX.

In Artifactory B, there is a remote generic repository RepoY whose remote repository points to RepoX in Artifactory A. And 'Report Statistics' in 'Smart  Remote Repository' is checked.

Test:

Download artifact-test through RepoY in Artifactory B.

Expect:

The number of remote_downloads property of artifact-test in RepoX in Artifactory A will increase.

Result:

The number of remote_downloads always is 0, even if I download it from Artifactory B 10 times.
