Unable to upload artifacts using username of length more than 64 characters

      Description

      Problem description:

      Currently, in Artifactory, we will be able to create users of character length up to 128. When we try to upload artifacts using this user, we will be encountering the issue as the attached screenshot to the JIRA. 

      What is the expected behavior?

      Customer should be able to perform the upload using the username of length ‘64’

      *Steps to reproduce:*

      1. Created a user with character length more than 64 characters [ For example, verylongnamefortestingthe128ofusernameto-dev-ats-openpaas-cc&testing ]
      2. Logged with the user created at step 1 and try deploying a sample file. We will be encountering the issue as in the attached screenshot.

      Possible workaround: No
