      Description

We are extensively using the webhook feature and in some cases we would like to be sure that the event was sent to the handler url.

Currently the only way to check whether an event was send to a handler is to set the log level to debug in event.logging.application.level in the system.yaml.

Doing that as well enables other log messages which are not relevant for debugging.

The most important log message we use after enabling the event logging is

      [jfevt] [DEBUG] [69f3275b8467928d] [handler_webhook.go:181 ] [main ] - Webhook target responded: 200 [event_handler][my.webhook(https://myurl/gene...)] [event_id][01FGT672FB3XAM020SKZ100N5T] [event_triggered_at][2021-09-30T01:48:31.084340333Z] [events]

This log tells us that at least the event was sent and received by the handler.

It would be great if we could have a similar way of specifying a logger in logback.xml for selecting specific log messages only.
