      Description

      Team,

I am using the REST API to create watch rules.  I have noted differences in the way the UI and API can create a rule.  I have an artifact that has several components in violation of a watch.  The UI allows me to create a rule that addresses any version of a component for an artifact.  The API does not allow this type of rule.

A helpful way to create a rule would be based on a violation ID.  A rule would be created with the default settings (options in json would be great), given the violation ID.

These additional commands would greatly assist me in my automation of Watch and rules.

      Thanks

      Scott Van Caster
