ldap Group Synchronization not working

      Description

      Hi,

       

      I have two servers of Artifactory

      Artifactory 1 version: 7.21.3

      Artifactory 2 version: 7.18.5

      We have an issue with Artifactory 1.

      The connection to the LDAP server is ok, and all the users authenticate successfully.

      Our LDAP group synchronization strategy is dynamic, when I am searching from the 
      LDAP Group Settings I find my LDAP groups, but when I click on import it says "Not Found".
      It also does not see groups that already imported from before (when the import did work) and if I try to click on import it says the same thing.
       
       
      on the other Artifactory server (Artifactory 2), we have the same settings with the same LDAP servers and everything works well there.
       
      Does someone know what can be the issue?
