      Description

      • Feature description: Currently, we can leverage the skipUpdateStats in the GET artifact API to directly download an artifact without updating the last downloaded date. This is useful for leveraging cleanups. However this is available only for the GET artifacts API and cannot be used along with package API for Docker. 
      • What is the expected behavior? Add this capability for Docker API's as well
