Feature to the Replication Monitoring page

Feature description: Add a link to the status column for the failed replications that will list the failing artifacts and also shows the cause of failure from the log snippets.

What is the expected behavior? The expectation is is have a hyperlink for the failed repositories. When clicking the link, this should retrieve the list of the failed artifacts along with the corresponding log messages which help to analyze the issue faster and also add suggestions on how to resolve the issue.

Possible workaround: We need to validate the Artifactory logs from both source and Target instances in order to get the log snippet along with the list of failed artifacts.
