What problem are you trying to solve? Why? Or describe the use case
When a (large) file are downloaded via a remote repository that store artifacts locally (cache), the download is delayed by the time that this file is first stored locally. A great improvement would allow the download to start as soon as the first bytes are being downloaded by Artifactory from the remote. Artifactory would start serving the file even if not finished and would store it locally as well.
Artifactory remote repositories support cache and stream both, when the big file is the first in transmission used to the remote repo, the download request can response immediate, meanwhile, store the file in the remote cache. And that can be config in repository Advance.
What is the expected behavior
