      Medium

      Description

The "stop" parameter for the /etc/init.d/artifactory script does not always shut down Artifactory. From what I can tell, the call to the $TOMCAT_HOME/bin/shutdown.sh script returns zero even though the Tomcat process has not yet terminated.

I've attached an updated script that does a pgrep for the Tomcat process instead of checking whether the shutdown port is still listening. The pgrep parameter could probably be improved, but it works in my setup where Tomcat only hosts Artifactory.
