Remote repository won't appear in the repository browser after disabling cache

      Description

      If the "Do not store artifacts locally" option on a remote repository is checked you will not be able to browse in the repository, in the UI it appears in the Simple browser and not in the Tree browser

      If "Do not store artifacts locally" option is checked , the option to browse the repository with the simple browser is lost, we need to fix this so the customer will still be able to browse the remote repository in the simple browser even if "Do not store artifacts locally" is checked
