ConcurrentModificationException in the Build Browser Licences tab

      Description

      Attempt to enter the licenses tab ends up with "Internal Server Error".

      Back button takes you back to the tab, but only artifacts without found licenses are shown.

      The problem started after an upgrade to the latest version.
