      Description

Request to add support for the Conda package manager.

      http://conda.pydata.org/docs/index.html

Currently conda client will install packages through Artifactory if the Pypi support is enabled for a remote repository but it will not cache artifacts on the repo-cache. Also curl commands going through Artifactory fail with only a partial file sent while curl commands going directly to the conda remote repository succeed. Example:

      curl -X GET "http://localhost:8081/artifactory/conda/linux-64/pysam-0.8.3-py27_1.tar.bz2" -uadmin:password -O -L

      gets a 72 byte file

      curl -O -L https://conda.binstar.org/cgat/linux-64/pysam-0.8.3-py27_1.tar.bz2

      gets the correct file

conda install pysam through Artifactory succeeds but the only files in the remote cache are repodata.json.bz2 files.
