      Description

For some weird reason, apt-get is failing to use Artifactory to download debian distro files that are configured inside a remote repository.

apt-get gets the 500 error and we can spot this in Artifactory logs:

[WARN ] (o.a.r.ArtifactoryResponseBase:105) - Sending HTTP error code 500: Could not process download request: limit must be non-negative

Still, downloading the same files using browser works, and returns a 200 response.

W: Failed to fetch https://repo.citrite.net/debian/dists/wheezy/main/source/Sources.gz The requested URL returned error: 500
W: Failed to fetch https://repo.citrite.net/debian/dists/wheezy-updates/main/source/Sources.gz The requested URL returned error: 500
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

The remote repository is configured to use simple-default layout and http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ without any other configurations.
