If a file already exists in trash can then deleting a folder with the same name will throw an error

      Description

      To reproduce the scenario:

      1. You need to have in the trash can repo/path/to/file (the file is representing a file)
      2. Deploy to the repo a file in the following path: path/to/file/test.jpg (file represents a folder in this case)
      3. Try to delete the folder path/to/file. An error is thrown: Could not create file system item Parent repo/path/to/file must be a folder

      The error thrown should also be more informative/descriptive to users
