Are there any plans to get this working? It would be nice if the plugin could be kept up to date with Bamboo features. This issue was created back in May and we are almost in August. Essentially the lack of this features prevents us from leveraging new and better features in Bamboo. Please add this functionality in ASAP.

Now Bamboo 5.6 has been released and they have much better integration with Stash now (which removes the need for web-hooks and polling)

Now, in Bamboo 5.6, we've pushed the integration with Stash much further. We now use repository events published by Stash (versions 3.1 and later) to trigger actions in Bamboo, with almost no need for configuration. You don't have to configure repository polling for new commits anymore, or set up dedicated web hooks in your Stash instance – simply create an application link between Bamboo and Stash to scale Git without suffering scaling or performance problems on either system

Without this functionality these features are completely useless for us as we can't use them. This would be a huge performance gain in our organization to leverage those new Bamboo features, but we aren't able to until you support the StashRepository type.

I view this as a huge blocker.

Is there any status update on this support?

Hi Daniel,
Our plan is to implement Stash support as part of the next plugin release.
This issue will updated accordingly.

Any update on when a release will be happening for version 1.7.5 of the plugin?

Hi,
Version 1.7.5 will be release hopefully until the end of next week.

What authentication is it using when trying to commit code back to Stash during the release process as I'm seeing access issues it appears:

20-Nov-2014 09:40:18	[RELEASE]An error Exception caught during execution of commit command occurred while commiting the working copy
20-Nov-2014 09:40:18	[RELEASE] Checking out branch: master
20-Nov-2014 09:40:19	[RELEASE] Deleting local branch: release/1.36.0
20-Nov-2014 09:40:19	[RELEASE] Reverting local copy to: 88cd64361e2fc61fab03b9adf1833db2cda51298
20-Nov-2014 09:40:20	Failed to execute plugin 'Artifactory Release Management Staging' with error: java.io.IOException: An error Exception caught during execution of commit command occurred while commiting the working copy

Which breaks the entire release process of Artifactory at the moment. Is there something additional that needs to be configured?

Nevermind, it appears as though this was caused by Shallow Clones being enabled for the repository.
