This feature is to have the access logs as a directory under the Artifactory logs, similar to the way we currently have the 'Catalina' folder and tomact logs.
This will help because:
- We will have 1 place for all Artifactory related logs.
- The Access logs will be automatically part of the Support Bundle.
While Access is a different service, it comes hand in hand with Artifactory.
The Catalina directory stores information that is relevant for both applications, therefore it only makes sense to have the Access logs there as well.
