In the upload bulk api we send the parts data in a header.
There is limitation on some reverse proxies like nginx on the size of the headers.

We will move the metadata to the body of the http message

Scope of testing is reduced to same replicator versions.

This is an issue with inter replicator api.
In one of the replicator apis (bulkUpload) we used very large headers to describe metadata of the actual binary data that was transferred.
Some proxies (and reverse proxies like NGINX) have a default limit for http headers. To avoid issues and extra configuration in our customers side, we have decided to move the metadata from the headers to the body.
