When browsing Artifactory's cocoapods-remote-cache, a user can cause the Artifactory instance to shut down.

To reproduce: From the Artifacts Repository Browser -> Click "cocoapods-remote-cache" -> click ".specs" -> click "master.tar.gz"

It doesn't take long from there before the server shuts down.
