 Description

Currently when setting up event based pull replication and adding a new property to a folder the property is not replicated and there is no event triggered to replicate to the target repository but on the other hand when the property is in the file level the property is replicated immediately. Therefore Event based replication is not triggered when adding property to a folder (sub-directory). If you trigger a manual replication, the property is replicated accordingly to the folder.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Create a generic local repository on server 1

2 - Create a generic remote repository on server 2 and point to the generic repository on server 1 (with sync properties and event based replication used)

3 - deployed a file into a subfolder of the local repository on server 1 (repo_name/folder1/folder2/file)

4 - download the file via remote repository from server 2

5 - In the cache repo, the property on the file was replicated properly but the property on the folder wasn't.
