Component/s: Debian
Affects Version/s: 3.3.0

 Description

The correct format of 'Architectures' is:

"Architectures: i386 amd64"

Currently Artifactory takes the information verbatim with the "binray-" prefix.
"Architectures: binary-i386 binary-amd64"

In case the Archtecture is for example "kfreebsd-amd64", in the 'Release' file the "Archtectures" will be "binary-kfreebsd-amd64"

This issue is being re-opened because on Debian Linux packages can be designated with an architecture of "all". Our Debian support is recognizing all of the architecture types valid for Ubuntu but we also need to allow "all" for Debian Linux.
